Travis Brown
With more than 30 years of experience in ministry, mentorship, and community outreach, Travis Brown has dedicated his life to sharing the Gospel and guiding individuals toward meaningful transformation. His background includes youth ministry, correctional outreach, pastoral leadership, and vocational development initiatives. Holding advanced qualifications in pastoral and biblical counseling, Travis brings both spiritual insight and practical leadership to Faithful Futures. His commitment is to help young men discover their God-given purpose, develop strong character, and become responsible leaders in their families and communities.
David Gilyard
David A. Gilyard brings decades of professional experience, community service, and mentorship to Faithful Futures, including 33 years with UPS and five years as a school board member. Guided by his faith and the principle of Proverbs 27:17, he believes that true legacy is measured by the lives we influence and the values we instill in others. Through Faithful Futures, David is committed to helping young men recognize their God-given potential, develop strong character, embrace responsibility, and become positive influences in their families and communities.
Terry Jones
Terry Jones is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of young men through mentorship, guidance, and personal development. As part of the Faithful Futures leadership team, he shares a collective vision of equipping young men with valuable life skills, strong character, and the confidence to become positive role models in their communities. His involvement reflects a commitment to working alongside others to help the next generation grow into responsible, purpose-driven men who make meaningful contributions to society.
Donald Monts
Donald Monts brings a diverse background in education, law enforcement, and organizational leadership to Faithful Futures. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and currently serves as a Food Service Director with Aramark. Guided by his faith and a lifelong commitment to helping others, Donald is passionate about creating pathways from hardship to opportunity. Through Faithful Futures, he seeks to help young men overcome challenges, establish a foundation of stability, and move toward lives filled with hope, purpose, and possibility.
Kevin Stanley
Pastor Kevin Stanley brings a strong foundation of faith, military service, and organizational leadership to Faithful Futures. A retired United States Marine, he has served in various ministry leadership roles, including youth education, security, and community support. Ordained as a pastor in 2025, he is passionate about using his life experiences to encourage others through personal challenges and spiritual growth. Through Faithful Futures, Pastor Stanley is committed to helping young men develop resilience, strengthen their faith, and discover their God-given purpose.
